Who is ApexRx for?
ApexRx is a business-to-business ordering platform for licensed providers and clinics, including med spas, functional medicine, hormone, weight-management, wellness and telehealth practices. It is not a direct-to-patient medical consultation service.
Are there subscription fees or minimum orders?
There are no platform subscription fees, per-transaction fees or minimum order commitments. ApexRx earns revenue through medication markup. Product pricing is available in the provider catalog and can be discussed during your demo.
How do I get started?
Create your provider account or book a demo with Karry to see how ApexRx fits your practice. After account setup, an onboarding specialist walks your team through ordering, tracking and the tools you’ll use.
Can orders ship to a patient or to the clinic?
Patient-home and clinic delivery options depend on the pharmacy, product, prescription and state requirements. Your team can review the available destination options as part of ordering.
Can I manage recurring orders?
Auto-ship supports recurring orders. Your team can pause, resume, modify or cancel them as needed, subject to the applicable prescription and pharmacy requirements.
Can multiple providers use one organization?
Yes. Organization admins and providers can have role-based access within the platform. Our team can help you map the setup to your clinic or multi-location practice.
How do pharmacy options and product availability work?
Catalog options and availability vary by pharmacy, formulation and state. Clinical and prescribing decisions remain with the licensed provider, and dispensing decisions remain with the pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products.
